Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, its contents, or property during their stay.

This includes physical damage to furniture, walls, floors, appliances, or any other hotel property.

Any damage to or loss of items such as towels, linens, keys, or amenities will incur a charge for replacement or repair.

Damages and Charges

Any damage or loss will be assessed by motel management upon check-out. The cost of repair or replacement will be added to your final bill.

Guests will be charged based on actual repair/replacement costs and may be required to pay an additional charge if damage exceeds the damage deposit amount (if applicable).

Damage to Common Areas

Any damages or disruption caused in common areas such as the lobby, hallways, or parking lot will also be charged to the responsible guest.

Smoking and Vandalism

Smoking in non-designated areas or causing damage due to vandalism will result in additional charges and potential eviction without refund.

Policy on Excessive Cleaning

If your room requires excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., stains on carpets, linens, walls, or furniture), you will be charged for the cleaning costs.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit may be collected at check-in, which will be refunded upon room inspection at check-out (if no damage is found).

Reporting Damage

If any damage occurs during your stay, please notify reception immediately. We will assess the damage and inform you of any charges, if applicable.

Failure to Report Damage

If damage is discovered after check-out and was not reported, the motel may charge the guest's card for repairs or replacement costs.
